After years in HR and Organizational Development, Marwa saw a common struggle — brilliant founders and capable teams caught in chaos and burnout.  The problem wasn’t effort; it was the lack of systems that connected people, goals, and vision.

That insight led to the creation of Top Performers Consultancy — a hybrid model that integrates Organizational Development (OD) and Human Resources (HR) into one cohesive approach, designed to help SMEs in Egypt move from reactive management to structured, sustainable growth.

Marwa Mansour Khalil is a certified Organizational Development and HR Consultant with over 10 years of experience helping businesses evolve from reactive to resilient.

She has built HR departments from the ground up, managed multi-million-pound governmental projects, and coached dozens of founders to redesign their operations for clarity, structure, and long-term performance.

With credentials from the American University in Cairo (AUC), City College Oxford, and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Marwa brings a rare blend of strategic depth, empathy, and precision to every engagement.

As HR Manager at Himed Egypt, Marwa spent four years redesigning internal structures, developing people-first HR practices, and aligning operations with strategic goals.

Her leadership extended beyond the HR function — into the heart of the organization — where she implemented sustainable systems that empowered both individuals and teams.

Before that, she spent a decade at International Office Equipment (IOE), where she guided executives through complex change initiatives and large-scale operational restructuring.

Among her proudest achievements was managing and delivering multi-million-pound military projects on behalf of both companies. It was during these high-stakes operations that she began developing what would later become the P.I.V.O.T.™ Framework — applying structure, accountability, and clarity to prove that with the right mindset and systems, even the most complex projects can thrive.
